What equipment is compulsory for the Trail 45km?

Below is a list of all the mandatory equipment for the Trail 45km:

• A minimum of 1 litre of water
• Food supplies
• A personal cup or container with a minimum capacity of 15cl
• A survival blanket
• A mobile phone
• Physical ID or a copy thereof
• A means of payment (credit card or a minimum of €20 in cash) to cover any unforeseen circumstances
