I need to cancel my participation in the EcoTrail Paris. Can I get a refund or resell my bib?

Until 7 March 2026:

• If the event I am registered for is full:

It is possible to cancel your registration and receive a full refund only under these two conditions (excluding administrative fees, the amount of the deposit and any options already used):

1. Have taken out cancellation insurance at the time of registration.
2. Have submitted your claim directly on your participant dashboard, accompanied by medical proof or proof issued by the competent authority, certifying that one of the events entitling you to reimbursement has occurred (see the rules).

Any registered participant who has not taken out cancellation insurance may request, without justification, that their bib be put up for sale directly on their participant dashboard.

Their bib will then be offered on the waiting list.

In the event of reselling one's bib to someone on the waiting list, the person who sold their bib will be reimbursed 75% of their initial registration fee (minus administrative costs and any options already used).

Any resale or transfer outside of the waiting list and the event's official registration platform is strictly prohibited. Any transfer outside of the waiting list releases the organisation from any liability for accidents suffered or caused during the event. In the event of an accident, both the transferor and the transferee of the bib will be held liable.

• If the event I am registered for is not complete:

It is possible to cancel your registration and receive a full refund only under these two conditions (excluding administrative fees, the amount of the deposit and any options already used):

1. Have taken out cancellation insurance at the time of registration.
2. Have submitted your claim directly on your participant dashboard, accompanied by medical proof or proof issued by the competent authority, certifying that one of the events entitling you to reimbursement has occurred (see the rules).

It is not possible to cancel your registration and claim a refund without cancellation insurance.

Any resale or transfer is strictly prohibited. A transfer automatically releases the organisation from any liability for accidents suffered or caused during the event. In the event of an accident, both the transferor and the transferee of the bib will be held liable.
