How is timing managed?

Timing will be carried out using a chip system attached to the back of the bib.

For the 80km and 120km Trails only, an electronic chip to be attached to the rucksack will be given to each runner individually. Each runner is responsible for the correct use of the chip.

The timing rule that applies is real time (timing starts when the runner crosses the starting line). Based on the real time of the first wave of runners, the official ceremony will award prizes to the top three men and top three women in the provisional overall ranking.

Please note that there are no special prizes for age categories.
