How, where and when can I collect my bib?

If you have not opted to have your bib sent by post, you will need to collect it from the village at the Emile Anthoine Sports Centre:

On Thursday 19 March from 11 am to 8.30 pm
Or on Friday 20 March from 11 am to 8.30 pm

To collect your bib, you will need to bring:

Your ID (physical or digital or a copy),
Your race number and your collection QR code (which will be sent to you by email a few days before the event).

A third party can collect your bib on presentation of the same items.

Is it possible to receive assistance or support at the refreshment stations?

Accepted Answer

Your supporters may go to the refreshment areas to see you and assist you, but they must remain outside the boundaries of these areas.

Is it possible to take a shower upon arrival?

Only participants in the 120km, 80km, 45km and 30km Trails may take a shower in Paris at the Gymnase Emile-Anthoine (Paris 15).

How are departures managed?

The start of all trail events (except Nordic walking) will be given in successive waves of 500 runners every 5 minutes. The principle adopted for these wave starts is: first to arrive, first to start.

Runners wishing to be potentially rewarded at the official ceremony must start in the first wave. Only the actual ranking of this first wave will be used as a reference for the award ceremony.
